Terms & Conditions

Effective: 3 November 2026

1. Seller and acceptance

AmereGroup is the seller and operator of AmereMenu. You contract with AmereGroup for access to the service. By using or continuing to use AmereMenu, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter a contract and, when acting for a restaurant or business, have authority to bind it.

2. The service and your account

AmereMenu provides hosted digital restaurant menus, QR materials, menu editing, optional AI-assisted menu importing, and subscription features according to your selected plan. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your restaurant during your permitted access period.

Keep your account details accurate and credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of menu prices, allergens, descriptions, images, contact details and other information you publish. AmereMenu does not sell restaurant meals or verify their safety.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or to interfere with security. Malware, unauthorized probing, abusive scraping, bypassing access or plan limits, reverse engineering, and unauthorized resale of the service are prohibited.

Do not submit or generate illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or attempts to bypass AI safety controls (jailbreaking). We may filter or refuse AI outputs, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts to enforce these rules.

4. Intellectual property and menu imports

AmereGroup retains ownership of AmereMenu and its software, documentation and branding. You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded menus, images, prompts and other inputs. You give AmereGroup a limited license to host, process and display them solely to provide the service, including displaying menus you publish.

You must have the necessary rights to your inputs and intended use of outputs. We do not claim ownership of your AI outputs; rights in them remain subject to applicable law and third-party rights, and outputs may not be unique. You are responsible for your prompts, outputs and their use. AI extraction may be inaccurate: review every imported dish, price and allergen before publishing. Outputs are not regulated professional advice and require qualified human oversight where relevant.

Rights holders may report infringement to AmereGroup, identifying the menu URL, disputed material, their rights and contact details. If you do not have our contact details, ask Paddle at https://paddle.net for the seller's contact information. We may remove disputed material and suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious infringement.

5. Payments and subscriptions

The price, billing frequency, included features and limits appear in your selected plan and at checkout. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout unless canceled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Our Refund Policy also applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Availability and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You should retain copies of your menu content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. An inactive subscription may prevent editing or public menu access. You may stop using the service and cancel renewal using the available billing controls or Paddle support. Cancellation and refund handling follow the Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will communicate material changes through the service or your account contact details. The effective date appears above. For payment inquiries and refunds, visit https://paddle.net. For service or rights-holder inquiries, contact AmereGroup; if you do not have our contact details, ask Paddle for the seller's contact information.
